In regard to my July 9 Photo ID post, I've submitted this email to MN Human
Services:

What federal or state data safeguard law is the statement below based on?

Thomas dismissed New Black Panther case

There are people allied with this administration that are dedicated to ignoring
selected legally passed laws - whether it be Motor Voter list maintenance,
immigration law, new black panther members or whatever.

Holder will not win the AZ case. He might try to bully the defendents which I
would not put past this administration. I do not trust Eric Holder. The
administration has already encouraged boycotts of AZ prior to the case opening.

With Obama we have a lack of direction in Afghanistan, the coming taxes on
those earning less than $250k, the burdening of Medicare and Medicaid while
simultaneously cutting Medicare by half a trillion, the burdening and misguided
takeover of Minnesota's healthcare management, when Minnesota is a pioneer in
healthcare management and arguably the nations last best hope, and Obama's
policy of incurring debt that now encourages the world decline of favor of the
dollar which will have consequences only Obama is accountable for in Minnesota
and every state.

Don't forget Obama's fiduciary malfeasance in all this, which is what I feel
the Obamacare litigation should be focused on. Together with Democrats in
Congress they manipulated the CBO's project cost report through the Doctor's
Fix. We simply can't afford millions of middle-class on Medicare and Medicaid
while simultaneously cutting reimbursements for doctors treating federal
program people. It is untenable.

the best leaders of the world and instead submitted the presidential office to
the worst leaders of the world.

Then his continuation of TARP, the stimulus, increased budget, involvement in
Barney Frank's disastrous mortgage securities which are being continued to this
day in Freddie, Fannie and the FHA, involvement in the AIG and auto bailouts,
reliance on the Fed, immersion in the adolescent community-organizer
profession, his graduation from there to big-money earning close to a million
in a matter of months, his involvement with Gary Delgado's corrupt ACORN, and
his involvement in the Democratic (since 2006) congressional session that
presented to Bush the budget in 2008 - all this made clear Obama was unprepared
for the office and would not serve us well.

Later Obama's involvement in the Gulf, loss of millions of jobs, not
understanding Russia and Iran, losing world arena allies like Poland and
Checkoslovakia after complaining in 2008 about our loss of standing under Bush,
his plan to buy into Al Gore's cap and trade scheme after it's been proven cap
& trade is a scam against the governments of the world based on the hoax of
global warming, opposition to nuclear expansion, letting the Reagan tax cuts
expire, concealed involvement with Bill Ayers, new black panthers, card check,
secret deals with Blago, allowing Mexico to chastise us when Mexico is weakened
by drug lords and did not live up to it's NAFTA expectations, healthcare, and
his support of internet taxes, confirmed my sentiment.

Each of these issues have repercussions for Minnesotans in St. Paul.

I'm impressed you read the Federalist Papers. Good for you. Maybe there's hope.

We did not "as a country" decide to go with Obamacare. Check the congressional
votes. Check on the unprecedented use of Deem and Pass. Check out Rep King's
